Murder Charge – Acquitted at Jury Trial

Our client was charged with the murder of his stepfather who had been abusing him emotionally since he was a child. He was defending himself from his stepfather resulting in his stepfather’s death. The District Attorney charged him with murder and refused to accept our numerous plea offers. We went to trial with a self defense argument and the Jury found our client not guilty.
