Q: Applied N 400 online exact 90 days before after checking the earliest accepted filling date from USCIS Calculator. : Dear all,
I have a question for you if u may plz answer me.
I have applied online n400 based on 5 years residency. But i applied exact 90 days before after checking the earliest accepting filling date using USCIS calculator . I got PR on dec 20 2018 and applied on sep 21 2023 online which is 90 days before of my 5 years residency. Now i am worried that i had to wait one day more but i had checked before applying using USCIS early filling calculator and it showed me 09-21-2023 earliest accepted filling date so i applied online on 09-21-23. I also got biometric appointment too.

Today i also called uscis and i got connected USCIS agent and i asked him about my application that i applied online exact 90 days before after checking earliest accepting filling date now i am worried. He replied ur application is currently processing and nothing is wrong in it. I again asked according to your system i applied 90 days before not more than 90 days he replied yes. Did i apply at the right time or day? Am I ok?

Your kind answer is highly appreciated and will be-helpful for me.

A: Arturo’s answer: You are ok. For best results you should consult with an immigration attorney

Q: I’m undocumented and I’m married to an US citizen who is already married and I didn’t know that.: My husband and I got married 6 years ago and I received a denied letter from immigration services saying that I cannot have my green card because my husband is already married to someone else before our marriage and he’s still married to her. So that’s bigamy, I didn’t know that he was already married. I haven’t received any letter of deportation but I want to know if I can save myself from this awful situation and have my green card on my good faith?

A: Arturo’s answer: Are you still together? If so, then he needs to divorce so you can then reapply. If you are no longer together then you can try VAWA as my colleague recommended.

Q: What should i do i put wrong marriage date on form i751?: I submitted my form i751 2 days ago and i put wrong date on it bu mistakenly. It supposed to be 3/3/2018 and i put 3/1/2018 what should i do ? Will my application will be rejected?

A: Arturo’s answer: I agree with my colleagues. You can write a letter and remind them at the interview. Your work permit doesn’t display your marriage date, only your birth date, so you don’t need to worry much about it; but make sure the officer knows to correct your date of marriage, in case he doesn’t catch it himself. Your marriage date will be important to have it corrected to avoid problems in the future.
